1. Privacy Policy of Intimlife

3. What kind of information Intimlife collects about its users

A. Information that you provide to us

We receive, store and process information, including personal data, that you make available to us when accessing, or using the Platform or Services. This happens, for example, in the following cases when you:

• fill in any form at the Platform, for example, when you register or update your user account data, or other control information;
• access the Platform or use it, for example, to search for or publish announcements about escort services, comments or feedbacks, or to communicate with other users;

If you access the Platform via a mobile device and do not want your device to provide us with information about your location, you can turn off the GPS service or other location detection functions on your device if your device allows you to do so. • Contact Information

  You may use your contact information, such as the email address, phone number, for example, to authorize the access. If you provide us with your e-mail address, telephone number, you agree to receive messages at the specified e-mail address, text messages to the specified phone number, in accordance with the case. We may use your contact information to send you information about our Platform and Services, for marketing purposes and to prevent spam, fraud and abuse.

• Access Data

  Third parties may not collect information about the online activities of users at the Platform, excluding the cases provided for in this Privacy Policy and in our Cookie Policy.

• Plug-ins of social network of Third Parties

  Our Platform may use plug-ins of social networks that are provided and managed by Third Parties, such as the "Like" button on Facebook.

  As a result, you can send Third Parties the information that you are viewing a certain part of our Platform. If you have not signed in to your account at Third Parties, these Third Parties cannot identify you. If you have signed in to your account at Third Parties, then these Third Parties can link information about your visit to our Platform with your account at these Third Parties. Similarly, your use of plug-ins of social networks can be recorded by Third Parties.

4. How Intimlife uses and processes the data that you provide or make available

A. We use, store and process information about you for the following purposes:

• to give you the ability to access the Platform and use the Platform;
• to enable you to communicate with other Members, including (but not limited to) by sending messages or other information;
• to manage, protect, improve and optimize the Platform, the Intimlife business and the experience of our users, for example, analyze, perform research, personalize or adapt your experience otherwise, and provide customer service;
• to help create and maintain a safe and more secure environment at the Platform and Services, for example, track and prevent actual and potential fraudulent and other malicious activities, perform research and risk assessment, achieve the enforcement of our Terms and Policies, inspect any document provided by you for identification (including by comparing photos on similar documents with other photos provided to us), as well as run check-ups of databases and informational resources (for example, but not limited to, open governmental databases) in order to identify and prevent fraud, assess risks and prevent damage. We can perform any of the above-mentioned actions also with and without further notice to you;
• to send you services, support and administrative messages, reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts and the information you request;
• to send you marketing, promotional offers and other information that may be of interest to you, including the information about Intimlife, our services or general advertisement within the framework of partner campaigns and services. You can refuse or unsubscribe from receiving such mailings in your settings (in the "Account" section) when registering your Intimlife Account;
• to administer referral programs, bonuses, inquiries, lotteries, contests or other promotions sponsored or managed by Intimlife or by Third Parties who are our business partners; and also
• in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve any disputes that may occur with any of our users, and also to require the execution of our agreements with Third Parties.

B. How Intimlfie uses and processes the correspondence of users

We can, both directly and via Third Parties that we engage to provide us with services, view, scan or analyze your correspondence with other users that is conducted through the Platform, in order to prevent fraud, assess risks, comply with legal regulations, perform researches, develop products and support the clients. For example, as part of our measures to prevent fraud, the Platform can scan and analyze messages and attachments to them to hide contact information and l inks to other websites. This helps stand I the way of fraudsters who are asking Members to transfer money to them outside the Platform, for example, by bank transfer or other means of money transfers. Also, we can scan, view or analyze messages for research and product development purposes to make the search, reservation and communication between users more efficient, and also to adjust, improve and expand the suggested product line. We do not view, scan or analyze your correspondence for the purpose of sending advertisements of Third Parties. Also, we do not sell such information or analysis of correspondence to Third Parties. Also, in cases where it is possible, we use methods of automated review and analysis. Nevertheless, from time to time we can view some correspondence individually, "in a manual way". By using the Platform, you agree that Intimlife may, at its own convenience, both directly and via Third Parties that we engage to provide us with services, view, scan, analyze and store your correspondence, either manually or by using automatic means.

5. When and to whom Intimlife discloses or reports about your personal data

IMPORTANT: When using the Platform, your data may be sent to the USA and possibly to other countries in accordance with this Privacy Policy

We may transmit, store, use and process your information, including Personal Information, in countries outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"), including the USA and possibly other countries. By using the Platform, you agree to the transmission of data to these countries. Please keep in mind that laws vary in different jurisdictions, and information privacy laws applicable in your country of residence may differ from those in countries where your information is stored, used or processed.

Your personal data can be transmitted, stored, used, processed and disclosed as follows:

• A. Parts of your open profile, containing Personal Information, may be demonstrated in other parts of the Platform to other users for marketing purposes or in case you publish the content on servers of the Platform that are open to the wide audience.
• B. The generally accessible page of your Announcements always contains minimal information, such as the city and the district where the girl is located, the description of the girl, a photo from your open profile, your willingness to respond to requests of the Clients, as well as any additional information you share with other Members. The generally accessible page of your Announcements may also contain general information about the level of demand (for example, the number of additions to wish lists). Parts of the generally accessible page of your Announcements may be displayed on other parts of the Platform to other Members and/or Third Parties for marketing purposes. The Platform may also show the approximate geographical location of the girl on the map so that users can see the district where the girl is located.
• C. The platform allows the inclusion of pages of your open profile and generally accessible Announcements in search engines, in such cases, these pages are indexed by search engines and can be published in search results. This option is connected by default. In case you change your information in your open profile or on the page of generally accessible Announcements, search engines of Third Parties may not update their databases soon or not update at all. We do not control the practices of search engines of Third Parties and they can use a cache containing irrelevant information, including any information indexed by search engines before changing your information in your open profile or on the page of generally accessible Announcements.
• D. If the client uses the services of a girl, we can ask you to leave feedback about the client, or ask the client to leave feedback about you. If you agree to leave feedback, your feedback may be published at the Platform, being publicly accessible. Similarly, at the Platform, another Member's opinion of you may be published.

• E. You can link your Intimlife account with a social network account on the website of the Third Party. The contacts of a person on these sites of Third Parties are called "Friends" by us. When creating this kind of a link:

  • Some information that you present to us, by linking your accounts, may be published in the profile of you Intimlife account;
  • Your actions at the Platform may be seen to your Friends at the Platform and/or in such websites of Third Parties;
  • The link to your open profile in the social network on the website of the Third Party may be added to your profile on Intimlife;
  • Other users of Intimlife may see possible mutual Friends or that you are the Friend of their Friend, if applicable;
  • Other users of Intimlife may see mutual schools, cities or other groups, which you are both members of, as it is mentioned in your social account pages that you have linked with your Intimlife account;
  • Publication and display of the information that you give us by linking your accounts, can be stored, processed and transmitted in order to prevent fraud and assess risks.
  • Publication and display of the information that you give us by linking your accounts, is performed in accordance with your settings and permissions at the Platform and on the websites of Third Parties.
• F. We can distribute parts of the Platform (including your Announcements) to display on the websites of business partners using technologies such as HTML widgets. In cases where your Announcements are shown on partner websites, your open profile information may also be displayed.
• G. Also, we can use the services of Third Parties located outside the EEA, including but not limited to technology services, as well as services that help verify your identity details, conduct database checks, including, among other things, government databases (where permitted by law), to assist us in fraud prevention and risk assessment, customer service, targeted advertising distribution. We may provide these Third Parties with Personal Information about you or give them access to Personal Data solely for the purpose of delivering specified services to you. For example, if we instruct Third Parties, where permitted by applicable law, to conduct database audits, including, but not limited to, the means of government databases, we may provide your Personal Information, such as your full name and date of birth, to Third Parties for limited purposes enabling them to conduct such verifications on our behalf, including verification of a criminal record or registration as a person who has committed a sexual offence or a different type of offence. We guarantee that these Third Parties have contractual obligations to protect Personal Information and not to use them for other purposes.

• H. You acknowledge and agree that Intimlife may access, store and disclose your account information and General Content at the request of the legislation or by the reasonable assumption that such access, storage or disclosure is necessary (a) for responding to claims against Intimlife; (b) for compliance with legal procedures (for example, notice paper and warrant), including legal processes related to national security and law enforcement; (c) for forcible execution and management of our agreements with users, such as this Privacy Policy; (d) for fraud prevention, risk assessment, investigation, customer support, product development and search and error correction; or e) for protection of rights, property or personal safety of Intimlife, its users or members of the community.

  • the notice is prohibited by the legal procedure that we have received by the decree of the court or the applicable law; or

  In cases where Intimlife meet the lawful demands for providing information about users without prior notice to users for the reasons listed above, Intimlife shall exercise best commercially reasonable efforts to notify users after the fact that the demand is met if we estimate in good faith that these actions are no longer legally prohibited and that there is no threat of Predictable Risks.

• I. We can also publish, disclose and use the General Information and non-personal information for industry and market analysis, demographic profiling, marketing and advertising, as well as for other commercial purposes.

6. Transfer of the Intimlife Business

In case of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy or insolvency of Intimlife, we may sell, transfer or divide some or all of our assets, including your Personal Information. In this case, we shall notify you before your personal information is transmitted and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

7. How to access, change or delete your data, or delete your Intimlife account

You can view, update, correct or delete your Personal Information in your Intimlife Account. If you want to make changes to your data or completely delete your Intimlife Account, you can do so by signing in to your Intimlife Account. Please keep in mind that any feedback you post, messages in forums and other similar materials may remain publicly accessible at the Platform, mentioning your name, even after completely deleting your Intimlife Account.

8. Security of Your Personal Information

We constantly accept and update administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, destruction or spoofing. However, none of the ways of transmission via the Internet, as well as none of the ways of storing electronic information can be 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmission to us and the security of the Personal Information we store.

9. Confidentiality when accessing websites and resources of Third Parties

The Platform contains links to other websites that are not owned and controlled by Intimlife. Intimlife does not have any control over websites of Third Parties. The other websites can place their own cookies, web beacons and other files on your device, or collect and request Personal Information from you. These websites may have their own rules of the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information. We encourage you to read the terms of use and privacy policies of other websites that you visit.

Some parts of the Platform use mapping services like Google Maps/Earth, including Google Maps API. Your use of Google Maps/Earth is carried out in accordance with the terms of use of Google (www.google.com/intl/en_us/help/terms_maps.html) and the privacy policy of Google (www.google.com/privacy.html), in which Google may make amendments from time to time.

10. Special Functions and Programs

A. Referral service and link requests

The platform provides referral services that allow you to invite your friends and contacts to use of the Platform.

We can integrate the Platform with websites of Third Parties, such as Facebook, so you can send invitations or requests for links through these websites of Third Parties. Such messages are sent by websites of Third Parties, and Intimlife does not collect or store the contact data used for sending them.

Also you can send invitations/requests through the Platform itself, in that case we shall ask you to provide the contact information of the party whom the invitation/request needs to be sent to. You can enter the email address or other contact information in a manual way. In both cases, we may use and store this information solely for the purpose of enabling you to send an invitation or request for a link to your friend or contact, as well as identifying and preventing fraud. Regarding referrals, we also store the email addresses of people you have invited, to see if your friend has used the invitation to join Intimlife by your link.

11. Changes in Privacy policy

We may at any time, at our own convenience, make amendments in our rules of collection and use of Personal Information, without prior notice. We may make amendments in this Privacy Policy at any time. In case of significant changes in the Privacy Policy, we shall notify you by posting the Privacy Policy text with amendments at the Platform, or by sending you an email. Also, we will update the date of the last update, indicated at the top of the Privacy Policy page. If you send a notification by email, the date of sending the message will be considered the date you received this notice.

It is important that you review the amendments in the Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to accept these amendments, we will not be able to continue to provide the Platform and Services to you, and you will have to terminate the access to the Platform and Services and deactivate your Intimlife Account.

13. Your right to review and contest the information provided to us by Third Parties

You have the right to review and contest any information provided to us by Third Parties, within the scope of the measures we take to identify and prevent fraud and to assess risks, subject to all of the following conditions: (i) if we use Third Parties to perform automatic verifications or risk assessment, and (ii) if we make a decision that has legal consequences for you or affects you to a significant extent, and (iii) if such decision is based solely on such automatic verifications or risk assessment. Please clearly state in your request that you want to review and/or contest the information that Third Parties could provide to Intimlife within the scope of the measures we take to identify and prevent fraud and to assess risks. We can request an identity card to verify your request.

14. Cookie Policy

Intimlife uses "cookies" in connection to the Platform to get information. Cookies are a small data file that is downloaded to your device (for example, to a phone or computer) to record and store information. For example, cookies allow the Platform to recognize your browser, save your preferred settings and other information.

Your browser may have settings for handling cookies, such as refusing to load any cookies or showing you a window to decide whether to load certain cookies or not. Please keep in mind that some of the services at the Platform might not work as intended or may not work at all without the use of cookies.

A. Intimlife Cookies and Third Party Cookies

Intimlife may place its cookies on your device through the Platform. Accordingly, our Privacy Policy applies to the information we receive through these cookies.
